Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery in Riyadh to guide a team of ADEs responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners within the Hub Delivery program. The role combines field execution with strategic oversight to drive activation and performance against targets while upholding Amazon9s delivery standards.

The Channel Lead will coach, problem-solve, and drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, coordinating with Operations and Program teams to scale

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
