Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Integration Manager for the Hub Delivery program in the KSA region. You will design and standardize Hub Delivery processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive cost efficiency and customer experience across the network.

Responsibilities include data-driven process improvements, stakeholder management, and leading UAT with product teams to roll out new features. The role requires 5+ years in process improvement and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
• Experience cross-functionally across several teams (technical and non-technical).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement new operations processes for Hub Delivery across the KSA AMZL Network, with scalability.
• Drive cost, quality, and customer-experience improvements using data-driven insights.
• Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships with field leaders and stakeholders to remove operational barriers.
• Analyze and solve blockers with root-cause analysis for sustainable outcomes.
• Innovate to improve customer experience while reducing cost through process optimization.
• Partner with Product teams to conduct UAT, review launches, pilot features, and roll out.
• Represent KSA Hub Delivery in regional/global forums with insights and recommendations.
