Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the Hub Delivery growth across Saudi Arabia. You will build and manage field sales teams, drive partner acquisition, and ensure customer experience and compliance.

You will own the country-wide Hub partner strategy, collaborate with Delivery Stations and Product teams, analyze data, and ensure scalable expansion while adhering to local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
• Experience managing people dispersed across regions.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ADEs across KSA.
• Own country-wide Hub partner acquisition and expansion strategy.
• Analyze performance data to track field team effectiveness.
• Escalation point for onboarding challenges and partner performance issues.
• Collaborate with Delivery Stations, Program and Product teams to improve tools and partner experience.
• Represent Saudi Arabia in regional/global reviews and provide data-driven insights.
• Drive compliance with local regulations and Amazon standards.
