Job summary

Amazon in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery to guide a team of Account Development Executives, onboarding local retail partners and scaling the Hub Delivery program. You will coach, set goals, and drive activation and performance while upholding Amazon's delivery standards.

You will mentor ADEs, monitor KPIs across operations and delivery quality, and partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues and improve partner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and problem solving.
• Experience in operations management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a team of ADEs in onboarding and partner management.
• Coach in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster accountability and field excellence.
• Monitor KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Programs teams to resolve issues.
• Provide field insights to improve design, partner experience, and scalability.
