You will ensure Saudi Labor Law compliance, manage end-to-end personnel workflows, and maintain accurate records in Odoo ERP, while leading local talent acquisition and onboarding. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, at least 5 years of HR supervision experience in manufacturing, and fluency in Arabic and English to handle legal documentation and a multicultural

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years of direct HR supervision experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong written and spoken communication.
