Job summary

Middle East Mattress Factory Co is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Jeddah plant. The role requires an engineering mindset, 5 years of mattress manufacturing supervisory experience, and strong proficiency with Odoo ERP.

Excellent English communication is essential to direct a diverse, multicultural workforce, ensure safety alignment, and maintain workflow efficiency. You will oversee end-to-end production processes, manage BOMs in Odoo, lead shifts, and coordinate with procurement,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Production) required.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in mattress manufacturing.
Hands-on Odoo ERP experience (MRP module).
Fluent English for technical reporting and floor management; additional languages (Tagalog, Hindi, or Arabic) advantageous.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate end-to-end mattress manufacturing workflows to meet daily output schedules.
Manage Bills of Materials (BOM), work orders, and inventory levels in Odoo ERP.
Supervise shifts, assign tasks, and train floor workers; deliver clear technical instructions and safety briefings in English.
Monitor line efficiency and waste, optimize OEE, and reduce scrap.
Ensure quality against design blueprints and finalize products before dispatch to warehouse.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics via Odoo to prevent shortages and downtime.
