Job summary

Sealy Mattress is seeking an experienced Production/Manufacturing Manager in Jeddah to oversee full mattress production lines, from quilting to final packaging. The role requires leading a diverse workforce, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to premium quality standards.

You will be responsible for planning daily to annual production schedules, optimizing line efficiency, and coordinating with procurement, maintenance and logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional English (spoken and written).
• Strong engineering mindset with ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production workflows for mattress manufacturing.
• Utilize Odoo ERP/MRP to manage work orders, BOMs, and inventory.
• Monitor line efficiency and implement improvements to maximize OEE.
• Oversee quality inspections against premium specs before dispatch.
• Lead and train shift supervisors and line workers; enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance and logistics using Odoo.
