Job summary

Sealy Mattress in Jeddah seeks an experienced HR leader to drive Employee Relations & Compliance and ensure Saudi Labor Law alignment across factory and corporate policies.

You will manage Government Relations, Saudization tracking, and HR data in Odoo ERP, while supporting payroll, recruitment, and expatriate mobilization efforts. Fluency in Arabic and English is required for legal documentation and multicultural leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR supervision experience in manufacturing or high-volume corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or HR or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for legal documentation and multicultural leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy inquiries, ensuring alignment with Saudi Labor Law.
• Oversee government relations processes and updates to Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI and Mudad platforms; monitor Saudization categories.
• Manage HR data in Odoo ERP, including personnel files, contracts, evaluations, leaves and attendance.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate inputs and expatriate mobilization and visa/health insurance tracking.
• Support local hiring, onboarding, and training schedules; handle onboarding and structural training for new hires.
• Supervise renewal, transfer tracking of Iqamas and health insurance for expatriate staff.

Employee Relations amp Compliance

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances disciplinary actions and policy inquiries Ensure all internal factory and corporate regulations align strictly with updated Saudi Labor Law

Government Relations amp Saudization Nitaqat

• Oversee government relations processes ensuring timely updates to Muqeem Qiwa GOSI and Mudad platforms
• Monitor and maintain the company s Saudization categories to guarantee optimal compliance scores

ERP amp HR Data Management

• Manage the human resources modules within Odoo ERP
• Supervise the precise updating of digital employee files contract creation trial period evaluations vacation balances and leaves of absence

Personnel amp Payroll Support

• Coordinate with the accounting department to prepare accurate inputs for monthly payroll processing via Odoo Mudad
• Track daily employee attendance shift changes overtime calculations for factory staff and penalties

Recruitment amp Talent Acquisition

• Oversee local hiring pipelines screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for technical factory and administrative positions
• Manage the onboarding and structural training schedule for new hires

Iqama amp Mobilization Oversight

• Supervise the processing renewal and transfer tracking of Iqamas visas and health insurance for expatriate factory staff

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management , or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Human Resources Supervision , ideally within a manufacturing plant or high-volume corporate environment.
• Technical & Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP software (HR modules) and expert navigating skills across Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
• Language Skills: Fluent professional communication in written and spoken Arabic and English is strictly required to handle legal documentation and lead a multicultural environment.
• Location & Demographics: Must permanently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia .
• Target Nationalities: Strictly open to Saudi or Yemeni nationals .
