Responsibilities

• Recruitment on-boarding: manage job postings, screening, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
• Employee relations: act as contact for concerns, resolve conflicts, provide HR guidance.
• HR administration compliance: maintain records, ensure Saudi labour law compliance.
• Payroll & benefits management: payroll processing and benefits administration.
• HR systems management: manage HRIS and HR tools; generate reports.
