Job summary

SSC Egypt in Jeddah is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support employee relations activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide effective HR support to employees and management. The role partners with HR and operations to address concerns promptly and fairly.

You will handle cases and investigations, apply HR policies, and contribute to a positive workplace culture through clear communication and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations / HR.
• Experience handling employee relations cases, complaints, and investigations.
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience within the Automotive sector is preferred.
• Experience with MenaITech HRMS and SAP is an advantage.
