Job summary

Haleon in Jeddah is hiring a People Solutions Specialist to act as the first HR contact for employees, handling Tier 1 cases via ServiceNow, live chat, and email. You will resolve queries, escalate when needed, and support smooth case transitions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 1–2 years of HR experience, with strong communication, data accuracy, and proficiency in Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or similar field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of employee data management processes and data accuracy.
• Understanding of HR policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Workday and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial HR contact for employees via cases, live chat, email.
• Resolve Tier 1 HR cases with accurate and timely solutions.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 for resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Tier 1 processes and policies.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and stakeholders throughout cases.
• Stay updated on HR policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform audits aligned with the location's Quality Framework.
