Haleon in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR First Contact Solutions Specialist based in Jeddah to act as the initial HR contact for employees. You will handle Tier 1 cases via ServiceNow, live chat and email, delivering timely and accurate solutions and guiding employees through the resolution process.

You will stay aligned with HR policies, maintain data accuracy, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 when needed, while contributing to continuous improvements in Tier 1 processes and service

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in human resources, business administration or similar field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Workday and HR technology for effective service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Act as initial point of contact for queries from employees via cases (ServiceNow), live chat, email and provide end-to-end navigation support and resolution.
• Manage Tier 1 cases, ensuring accurate and timely solutions while focusing on service excellence and efficiency.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 and ensure smooth transitions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Tier 1 processes and service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, Tier 2 Specialists and stakeholders during resolution.
• Stay updated on People Solutions and HR policies to ensure compliant support.
