Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) in Riyadh is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to oversee payroll, government compliance, and employee lifecycle transactions for our refining and corporate workforce. The role requires meticulous management of Saudi government portals and adherence to Saudi Labor Law.

With data integrity across HR systems and standardized onboarding/offboarding processes, you will report to the HR Operations Manager and supervise HR coordinators while supporting audits and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Six years of HR operations experience, with at least two in supervision.
• Expertise with Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Wage Protection System.
• Experience handling payroll inputs for shift-based industrial workforces.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with major HRIS.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for authorities and staff.

Responsibilities

• Validate monthly attendance, overtime, and shift differential for payroll.
• Manage interactions with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and GOSI for compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, visas, and related employee lifecycle tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR master data in the HRIS for reporting and audits.
• Supervise HR coordinators, assign tasks, and train on regulatory updates.
• Provide documentation of HR transactions and compliance for audits.
• Identify and standardize HR processes to reduce processing time.
• Coordinate with Finance and HSE to align payroll inputs with cost centers.
