Job summary

Kimpton is seeking an HR support professional in Saudi Arabia to assist with day-to-day HR operations, maintain confidential employee records, and coordinate onboarding for new colleagues. The role will involve supporting recruitment, payroll administration, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new colleagues and ensure a seamless induction experience.
• Assist with employment contracts, letters, employee documentation, and HR correspondence.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist in organizing colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee events.
• Coordinate training programs and support talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.
• Provide administrative support for payroll, benefits, and employee relations activities.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
