Job summary

Globus Travel And Tours is seeking an HR professional to manage HR operations in Saudi Arabia. You will handle employee records, onboarding and offboarding, attendance, and leave management, coordinating travel and vacation plans as needed.

The role also covers manpower coordination, documentation, camp administration, payroll inputs, and HRMS/ERP updates to ensure compliant and efficient HR processes. GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR/Personnel Administration experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR or Business Administration.
• GCC experience preferred; Saudi experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle travel, accommodation and manpower coordination.
• Input payroll data and support HRMS/ERP updates.
