SIAD Holding is seeking a trainee to support HR Operations in Jeddah, gaining hands-on experience in payroll processing, leave administration, employee requests, and general employee services. The role operates under the Saudi Tamheer Program or Cooperative Training, supervised by the HR Supervisor.

The trainee will learn HR policies, procedures, systems, and labor regulations while contributing to daily HR activities and ensuring data accuracy in records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, Business Admin, or related field.
• Must be eligible for Saudi Tamheer Program or enrolled in Co‑op.

Responsabilidades

• Assist payroll data collection, review, and input processing.
• Support leave tracking and reporting; maintain balances.
• Handle employee service requests and document preparation.
• Update HR records in the HR system and assist with file management.

Formação

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

Eligibility for Saudi Tamheer Program or Cooperative Training (Co‑op)
