Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate
• Saudi National
• Not registered in GOSI in the last 6 months
• No prior Tamheer programme participation
• Interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent management or business support
• Strong communication, fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work in a diverse team
• Excellent organisation and time-management with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and openness to learning HR systems

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and induction activities for new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and data entry in HR systems
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and internal communications
• Prepare HR documentation including contracts and training materials under supervision
• Respond to HR queries from employees and managers
• Coordinate learning and development sessions and track attendance
• Contribute to HR projects on policy development, diversity and inclusion
• Assist with basic payroll queries and benefits administration
