We are looking for an HR Specialist through the Tamheer Program to support employee onboarding, hiring documentation, and daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Documentation

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
• Collect and review hiring documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and valid
• Follow up with new employees to obtain missing or updated documents
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure laptops and other required assets are prepared and handed over to new employees
• Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files and records

HR Operations Support

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Support employee records management and HR documentation
• Assist with other HR activities as needed

Talent Acquisition Support

• Assist with candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Support recruitment activities and follow up with candidates when needed

Requirements

• Saudi national
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
