As a Tamheer HR Trainee, you will assist our HR team in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll management. You’ll have the chance to work closely with experienced HR professionals, develop essential skills, and contribute to the success of a growing compan

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system
  • Support attendance and leave tracking procedures
  • Assist in health insurance enrollments and related documentation
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Provide administrative support related to payroll inputs and employee files
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support internal HR audits and reports
Qualifications:
  • Recently completed or currently holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
  • No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or business support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with google suite and openness to learning HR systems.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.
