• Supports the operation and improvement of HR processes under supervision.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and creates tools/resources for programs and projects.
• Develops subject matter expertise in Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, or HR Operations.
• Delivers HR data reporting to inform recommendations and actions for service delivery.
• Advises HR and business leaders on best practices as needed.
