One of our leading clients in Healthcare is currently looking for a HR – IT Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors) for Saudi Arabia location.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HR – IT Specialist with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors to support the administration, configuration, and reporting of core HR systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and functionality of the SAP SuccessFactors environment while working closely with HR and IT teams to support operations, resolve issues, and enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including (but not limited to) Core HR, Recruitment, and Learning.

Perform system configurations and ensure accurate maintenance of HR data.

Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and compliance requirements.

Conduct regular data audits to ensure system integrity and accuracy.

Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution in coordination with IT and vendor support.

Assist in testing new features and system upgrades, including end-to-end integration testing.

Support the rollout of system enhancements and provide user training to HR teams and end users.

Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR technology usage and improve process efficiency.
