Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or Human Resources or similar.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience handling HR Government Operations and HR generalist functions.
• Hands-on mastery of Saudi e-government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
• Professional fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Digital Portal Management: Process visas, work permits (Iqamas), and labor files using official systems like Qiwa Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in Saudi Labor Law and immigration policies to advise management on operational impacts.
• Government Liaison: Represent the organization during official visits, inspections, or meetings with ministries (e.g., HRSD).
• Employee Support: Assist staff with onboarding, exit clearances, and governmental documentation.
• HR Data Analytics: Identify areas of improvement via intentional assessments and analytics.
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations.
