Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a detail-oriented Non-Management Housekeeping Supervisor in Ad Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. You will inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to resolve issues.

You will also assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff while ensuring safety policies are followed and assets are protected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. to ensure quality standards.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and motivating employees.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report maintenance problems or accidents.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments; communicate issues to next shift.
