Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: at least 1 year.
• Supervisory experience: at least 1 year.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Inspect and coordinate housekeeping, public areas, and laundry tasks to maintain quality standards.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees.
• Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and protect company assets.
• Communicate issues and changes in room assignments to the team and next shift.
