Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dammam is seeking a Non-Management Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You will inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities after cleaning to ensure adherence to our quality standards, prioritize room status, and communicate with Front Desk and Laundry to resolve issues.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff, while upholding safety policies, professional appearance, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, pool, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry; resolve discrepant rooms with Front Desk.
• Ensure safety, uniform appearance, asset protection and professional communication.
