Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, and update room status.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Help hire, train, schedule, evaluate, coach, and motivate employees; follow safety and security policies.

Education

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year
