• Manages housekeeping operations and budgets; ensures OSHA regulations are up to date.
• Oversees lost and found procedures and coordinates with Front Desk on room status.
• Allocates work assignments based on room status and anticipated check-outs.
• Maintains stock inventories and ensures adequate supplies and uniforms.
• Supervises inspection programs for guestrooms and public spaces.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and enforces loss prevention policies.
