Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott in Jeddah seeks a diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure quality across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. You will coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry, run daily room reports, and resolve discrepancies while guiding the team to meet service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year supervisory experience and a High School diploma or GED, with the ability to lead, train, and coach staff in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc., after cleaning by Housekeeping to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry; communicate issues to next shift.
