Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh invites a dedicated Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. You will orchestrate daily housekeeping tasks, communicate room statuses, and ensure guest requests are fulfilled with accuracy and care.

Collaborating with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments, you will maintain records, prepare reports, and support administrative needs while upholding the hotel’s luxury standards and privacy commitments.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and hotel software for records and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork across departments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and communicate room status updates.
• Follow up on guest requests and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist with departmental reports and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and ensure professional handling of guest requests.
