Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations within the Housekeeping Department. You will coordinate activities, communicate room statuses, and respond to guest requests with precision and courtesy.

This role collaborates with Front Office, Engineering and other departments, maintaining accurate records and supporting reports. Attention to detail, organization, and strong communication are essential to deliver the high standards of

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operating systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and manage departmental documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Ability to handle guest requests and operational matters professionally and confidentially.
• Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
• Previous experience in housekeeping operations or hotel administration is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Communicate room status updates.
• Follow up on guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and administrative tasks.
• Work with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure timely communication and effective resolution of issues.
• Maintain documentation and filing for the department.
• Monitor pending requests and coordinate lost and found procedures.
• Communicate information to the appropriate team members.
