Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Head of Housekeeping to lead and elevate our luxury operations. You will direct staffing, training, budgeting, and quality control across guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, comfort, and privacy for guests.

Lead a high-performing team, set department strategies, collaborate with Front Office and Engineering, and drive sustainability and guest-satisfaction initiatives in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Significant experience in housekeeping operations at a senior management level in luxury hotels.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large teams while maintaining high standards.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, resource planning, and departmental financial management.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations across guest rooms, suites, public areas, and designated spaces.
• Develop departmental strategies, SOPs, and service standards aligned with Four Seasons policies.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management, succession planning, and engagement of housekeeping staff.
• Manage annual budget, monitor expenses, control costs, and seek efficiency gains without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular room and area inspections to ensure Four Seasons standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, Security and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory control for supplies, linen, uniforms, and equipment; minimize waste.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, environmental, and chemical-handling compliance; promote sustainability.
• Prepare and present departmental reports and performance analyses to leadership.
