Four Seasons Riyadh invites an accomplished Director of Housekeeping to oversee luxury hotel operations, ensuring world-class cleanliness, presentation, and safety across all spaces. You will lead a large team, manage budgets, and drive performance in a fast-paced, high-service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
• Significant experience leading housekeeping in luxury hotels.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Lead and develop the Housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and performance mgmt.
• Develop budgets, control costs, and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
