Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead our luxury housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across all spaces.

You will develop strategies, manage budgets, optimize staffing, collaborate with other departments, and mentor a large team to deliver world-class service in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Significant luxury hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive service excellence.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and resource planning skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations ensuring top standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies and service standards.
• Lead and develop the Housekeeping team, including recruitment and performance management.
• Set objectives and KPIs to monitor productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the annual budget, control costs, and optimize resources.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and efficient scheduling to meet occupancy.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, Security for smooth operations.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance service.
