Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 3 years in security or related area.
• A 2-year degree in Criminal Justice (or related major) with 1 year experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Security in managing daily security operations.
• Deploys security staff to monitor and protect property assets.
• Investigates all losses of property assets and refers to management for disposition.
• Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and SOPs.
• Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards.
• Supports emergency procedures development and implementation.
• Interacts with guests to resolve problems and disputes and maintain safety.
