Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in AMAALA, Saudi Arabia invites applications for a Full-Time Loss Prevention & Security role. You will patrol the property, secure rooms, assist guests with access, and conduct daily safety inspections and emergency drills.

CCTV monitoring, access control, and documentation of incidents are core duties. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems; control access to secured areas.
• Respond to emergencies; coordinate with EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
• Defuse disturbances and handle interruptions/complaints per policy; escort unwelcome persons.
• Prepare and review written documents; maintain confidentiality of reports and proprietary information.
• Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees; be a role model.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws; follow all safety procedures and training.
