Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Madinah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a non-management Human Resources professional for a full-time, on-site role. You will assist in employee relations, support management with HR issues, monitor recruitment for compliance, maintain records, and help run surveys and communications with staff.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related work experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
Assist and support management with handling and resolving HR issues.
Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with laws and company policies.
Inform HR management of issues related to employee relations.
Respond to questions and concerns from employees and management regarding HR programs.
Review and maintain employee records and files.
Assist in logistics and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
Answer phone calls and record messages.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.
