Job summary

Dallah Albaraka Company is seeking a capable manager to run day-to-day hotel operations, oversee housekeeping, catering, banquets, rooms, and guest services, and ensure high satisfaction in line with hospitality policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include formulating hospitality plans, developing policies, managing budgets, setting targets, motivating staff, organizing services, and ensuring facilities are well maintained and in good condition to deliver superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the formulation and implementation of Hospitality plans to ensure alignment with Dallah’s overall objectives and business plans.
• Participates in the development of Hospitality policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of Hospitality by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Prepares the Hospitality/ Hotel budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
• Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance.
• Plans and organizes hotel services and distributing the work amongst the team to ensure the effective and efficient flow of work and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Ensures that hotel facilities are well maintained and are off good condition.

Education
