Job summary

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the hotel’s engineering team, overseeing daily maintenance of building systems and facilities to high standards. You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective work, and ensure safety and reliability for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of engineering maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the engineering team, ensuring maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, kitchen, and building systems.
• Assign daily work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and plant rooms to identify maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to technicians during repairs and maintenance activities.
