Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Ad Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment. You will inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, carry tools, and document daily activities while ensuring safety and high service standards.

Experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering is valued; a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface prep and painting.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
• Inspect and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Operate and test equipment, replace parts and clean work areas.
• Document daily activities and coordinate with shifts using standard procedures.
• Follow safety, quality, and confidentiality policies; handle materials properly.
• Assist with inventory, ordering parts and basic landscaping repairs as needed.
