Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the maintenance team by training, scheduling and overseeing performance.
• Ensure facility safety and compliance across the building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and document work in the property management system.
• Oversee external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Perform scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
