Job summary

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the hotel engineering team onsite. You will oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, coordinate multi-system service, and ensure safety, reliability, and guest comfort aligned with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in engineering maintenance with supervisory exposure, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• 3–5 years of engineering maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and building systems.
• Leadership, communication and team supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the engineering team to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Assign work orders and monitor progress to complete maintenance on schedule.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify needs.
• Train and guide technicians during repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and schedules.
• Promote energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
