Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests visiting our dining venues, creating a welcoming first impression and guiding guests to seating. You will manage reservations, coordinate guest seating, and support the smooth flow of restaurant operations while upholding luxury brand standards.

You will collaborate with service teams to ensure flawless guest experiences, maintain accurate guest information, and uphold Forbes LQA brand and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments.
• Confident English communication and ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Comfortable working with reservation systems and technology platforms and maintaining accurate guest information.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort them to seating with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, guest preferences and enquiries in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with service teams to optimise table allocations and service flow across shifts.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor outlet presentation, cleanliness, menu availability, and operational standards.
• Provide operational leadership in the absence of the Team Leader and ensure compliance with brand and safety standards.

As part of the Food amp Beverage team at Rosewood AMAALA you will report to the Team Leader and play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests Working closely with restaurant leadership and service teams you will help ensure seamless operations exceptional guest engagement and consistently high service standards across the outlet

YOUR ROLE

As Hostess you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our dining venues creating welcoming first impressions and setting the tone for an exceptional experience You will manage reservations coordinate guest seating and support the smooth flow of restaurant operations while ensuring that service standards guest preferences and brand expectations are consistently delivered Your contribution will be instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction supporting operational efficiency and upholding the luxury hospitality standards of Rosewood AMAALA

HOW YOU WILL MAKE THE PLACE

• Welcome greet and escort guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival experience
• Manage restaurant reservations seating arrangements guest preferences and enquiries accurately through the reservation system
• Coordinate with service teams to optimise table allocations restaurant readiness and service flow throughout each shift
• Anticipate guest needs respond promptly to requests and resolve concerns professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor outlet presentation cleanliness menu availability and operational standards to ensure a refined dining environment
• Support daily restaurant operations maintain compliance with Forbes LQA brand and safety standards and provide operational leadership in the absence of the Team Leader
