Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• Two+ years of hospitality or hotel sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and trends.
• Proficiency in local language(s); additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities and achieve individual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Promote rooms, meetings facilities, and banquets to maximize revenue.
• Prepare sales proposals, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Produce and review sales reports to track performance.
