Job summary

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Sales Director to lead the hotel's sales team and drive occupancy across rooms, meetings and events.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in hospitality sales, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that maximise profitability and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.
• Four or more years of hospitality or hotel sales and marketing experience with direct supervision of a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends.
• Must speak local language(s); other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential.
• Hitting all personal and team sales goals to maximise profitability.
• Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, F&B and banquet sales.
• Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts.
