Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Director to lead daily sales activities, coach the team, and drive occupancy and revenue for guest rooms and banquet services. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets in a competitive market.

The role requires building strong relationships with key clients, delivering regular performance reports, and guiding the team to achieve growth while maintaining high service standards for guests and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related field.
• Four or more years of hospitality or hotel sales experience with direct supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends.
• Must speak local language(s).
• Other languages preferred.

• Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts.

Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard, KSA is a modern full‑service hotel offering an engaging and professional workplace for hospitality talent. Located in Riyadh’s established Al Suwaidi district, the Hotel offers convenient access to west and central Riyadh’s key government and business districts, including the Diplomatic Quarter. Set within a well developed residential area with nearby parks, local amenities and educational institutions, the hotel forms part of a growing mixed use development that will include a retail mall.

The hotel features 103 contemporary rooms, including spacious standard rooms and suites, along with three dining outlets, a boardroom, swimming pool, and fitness centre.
