IHG is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in Riyadh to help grow room, meeting, and banquet revenues. You’ll support daily sales activities and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with clients.

The role requires a marketing-related degree and 1+ year in hospitality sales, with strong local market knowledge and language skills. You’ll participate in proposals, site inspections, and negotiations, working within a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends.
• Must speak local language(s); additional languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily sales activities and achieve individual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Promote guest rooms, meeting facilities, and banquet services to maximize revenue.
• Assist with sales proposals, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Produce and review sales reports to monitor performance.
