Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in AMAALA, Saudi Arabia, seeks a dedicated Laundry Kitchen Mechanic to maintain and repair hotel laundry and kitchen equipment, ensuring uptime and safety.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, install new equipment, coordinate with Engineering and Culinary teams, and keep accurate records. English fluency is required; full-time, on-site role with housing, transport, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Laundry Kitchen Mechanic or similar maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on laundry and kitchen equipment according to schedules.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and gas-powered equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify issues before they impact operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Laundry, and Culinary teams to support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
