Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is seeking a Kitchen and Laundry Maintenance Technician within the Engineering Department to maintain, repair, and preventively service all kitchen and laundry equipment across the hotel, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include daily inspection of dishwashers, ovens, steamers, refrigerators and laundry machines; respond to breakdowns promptly; support installation of new machines; uphold lockout/tagout procedures and

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in hospitality.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection, servicing, and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate records.
• Respond promptly to repair requests and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Monitor gas, electrical, steam, and water connections related to equipment.
