Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh invites an Assistant Learning & Quality Manager who is passionate about people development and service excellence to lead learning initiatives and uphold consistent quality standards across the hotel.

You will plan and deliver training programs to support colleague development, monitor service standards with regular quality checks, coach department leaders, manage onboarding and ongoing learning, and review guest feedback to identify improvements and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, Human Resources, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement
• Good command of written and spoken English required

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and delivery of training programs to support colleague development
• Monitoring service standards and conducting regular quality checks across the hotel
• Coaching and supporting department leaders to improve service quality and performance
• Managing onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning activities for colleagues
• Reviewing guest feedback and quality results to identify areas for improvement
• Preparing and reviewing learning and quality reports to monitor performance
