Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Riyadh is seeking an Assistant Learning & Quality Manager with a passion for people development to lead learning initiatives and uphold consistent quality across the hotel.

You will design and deliver training, monitor service standards, coach department leaders, manage onboarding, and review guest feedback to drive continuous improvement. Strong English and hospitality experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, HR or similar, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of training programs to support colleague development.
• Monitor service standards and conduct quality checks across the hotel.
• Coach and support department leaders to improve service quality and performance.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning activities for colleagues.
• Review guest feedback and quality results to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and review learning and quality reports to monitor performance.
